Attorney Alexander DwyerA seventh generation Texan and accomplished trial attorney, Alexander Dwyer achieves successful results for his clients by combining his well-honed trial skills and detailed understanding of the law.
Alexander received his law degree from South Texas College of Law, where he was consistently named to the Dean's Honor List.
After graduation, Alexander went to work for one of Texas's largest litigation firms, helping to win product liability, premises liability and employer liability claims for clients who had been wrongfully injured or killed by others' negligence and by dangerous products. His work allowed the firm to recover millions of dollars for its clients.
Upon joining Arnold & Itkin LLP, Alexander has continued to successfully represent clients in a variety of legal matters. He currently serves on the firm's multi-district and complex litigation trial dockets, with an emphasis on catastrophic injuries, product liability and commercial disputes.

The case involved several complex legal issues due to the nature of the injuries, number of defendants, and volume of medical records. The case proceeded to trial in October 2006. After jury selection began, the case was settled for $7.2 million. More than $4 million was received by the client, with $2.5 million of the net recovery invested in a structured fund to ensure the client's future needs would be met.
