Attorney Chris Spain
Since he joined Arnold & Itkin LLP, Chris Spain has drawn on his extensive civil litigation background to focus on mass tort and catastrophic injury litigation.
A native of upstate New York, Chris moved to California to attend Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where he pursued his Bachelor of Business Administration degree while also playing college sports.
After graduation, Chris went to work in the entertainment industry, serving as a media buyer and production assistant. Although he found working in entertainment to be exciting, it did not offer the fulfillment Chris sought. He wanted a career that would allow him to serve his community and chose to pursue his objectives as a member of the legal profession.
Chris went on to graduate from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, where he was asked to serve as the commencement speaker for his class. During law school, Chris clerked for the nationally recognized litigation firm of Girardi & Keese, focusing on high-profile pharmaceutical cases involving people hurt or killed while taking Vioxx, Bextra, Celebrex and Avandia.
After graduation, Chris began working for a law firm that focused on pharmaceutical litigation, playing a key role in securing a settlement of the Avandia litigation.
Chris is licensed by both the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of California.
In his free time, Chris tries to maintain an active lifestyle.
