Attorney Kyle Findley
Kyle Findley represents plaintiffs in business, offshore, land contamination, and serious personal injury cases. He played a key role in helping gulf coast residents recover from the devastating effects of Deepwater Horizon disaster and BP oil spill.
Kyle is a sixth generation Texan. After graduating high school in Tyler, Kyle attended the University of Texas in Austin, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in government with business foundations, achieving university honors during his tenure.
Before law school, Kyle worked for a national commercial real estate firm where he specialized in investment sales, representing institutions and high net worth individuals. There he gained invaluable negotiation experience, while also closing one of the largest transactions within his company.
Although he enjoyed his success in the real estate industry, it did not offer him the personal fulfillment he desired. Kyle wanted to improve people's lives instead of their property, so he followed in his father's footsteps and became a lawyer.
During law school, Kyle participated and was a finalist in mock trial tournaments, moot court competitions, and arbitration competitions. He also worked as a law clerk at Arnold & Itkin LLP. He wanted to clerk at the firm because its unparalleled success in litigation is widely recognized throughout the legal community. After clerking for the firm throughout law school, he continued on as an attorney after graduation.
Kyle is also an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and the Houston Bar Association.
