Leslie Stewart

Leslie Stewart grew up on the Texas Gulf Coast. She graduated with honors from the University of Texas in Austin with a degree in English and received her J.D. from the University of Texas in 1994. Upon graduation from law school, Leslie immediately began practicing in Houston with The Lanier Law Firm where she litigated exclusively on behalf of plaintiffs. Her practice has always been on behalf of victims and their families.

Leslie's wide experience includes successfully representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases related to maritime/offshore work, asbestos exposure, and exposure to other toxic chemicals such as benzene and vinyl chloride monomer. She has handled medical malpractice cases and cases specifically involving the mistreatment and neglect of nursing home residents. She also has broad experience litigating pharmaceutical cases and other complex litigation.

Ms. Stewart is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
