Arnold & Itkin LLP often structures fee agreements on a contingency basis. Sharing the financial risks of litigation with clients is one way we demonstrate our commitment to our clients' cases.
Arnold & Itkin LLP also employs alternative fee arrangements, such as flat fees, mixed hourly/contingent fee structures, and straight hourly rates. Not every potential fee arrangement is right for every case, therefore, we encourage clients to explore alternatives with us.
Whether working on a contingency, an hourly basis, or some combination of both, we strive to give our clients the best possible results at the lowest cost.
