Lawsuit Filed for Man Injured by Unsafe Equipment

Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Kyle Findley, Kala Sellers, and Adam Lewis filed a lawsuit today in Harris County, Texas against Allied Fitting, LP on behalf of an injured client. Our client was seriously injured when he was forced to work on malfunctioning and unsafe equipment, which caused his hand to be crushed.

As a result of the incident, our client suffered broken bones in his hand, multiple torn ligaments, and has already undergone emergency surgery. To compound matters, Allied Fitting, LP was a non-subscriber under the Texas Workers' Compensation Act. Since Allied Fitting, LP refused to provide workers compensation coverage for their employees, our client has been denied the opportunity to have his medical bills and lost wages paid.

We are proud to represent our client and hold companies like Allied Fitting LP, who refuse to provide a safe work environment and coverage for their employees, responsible for their negligent actions. We look forward to fighting on his behalf and demanding the justice that he deserves. To learn more about some of our law firm’s recent cases, we encourage you to click here.
