Wine Country Wildfires: Who Is Responsible?

Our firm wants to help you with your insurance claim, but we also intend to hold contributing parties accountable for their role in the Napa Valley fires.

You’ve been paying premiums for years to be protected and to have all the coverage you deserve. Typically, the insurance companies are trying to deny coverage, minimize coverage, or limit the amount you can recover. So, the first we’re going to do is make sure that your insurance company maximizes and pays for all of your damages. Sometimes, there’s a gap, where you do not have enough insurance coverage to cover your property. We don’t stop at just the insurance company. There’s a lot of contributing causes to this fire and there’s lots of companies responsible.

We intend to hold them all fully accountable.

Our firm is actively investigating the cause of the fire, and if it turns out that PG&E is responsible, we will hold them accountable. We’ll hold them accountable for you. Remember, they don’t pay unless you make them pay. And how you make them is by hiring a firm, like ours, that has a track record, the resources, and the expertise: to hold them fully accountable for you.

I have friends who lost in the fire. When I see the insurance companies trying to avoid responsibility for this, when I see the responsible parties not standing up to make this right, it personally makes me mad. I want to see our community rebuild.

I know our track record gives my friends, the people I have coffee with, the people I see at lunch, the people I pass on the street, that our track record of success gives them the best chance of getting their lives back in order.
