Representing Offshore Worker Injured Due to Short Staffing

Arnold & Itkin attorneys Kurt Arnold, Caj Boatright, Roland Christensen, and Alec Paradowski recently filed suit on behalf of an offshore worker who was severely injured when his company left his tugboat short-staffed.
Our client, a husband and father, suffered significant shoulder injuries because he was left to manually lift heavy lead lines by himself. The defendant company, our client’s employer, put him in a dangerous position by expecting him to perform the work of a team on his own.
“Our client was left high and dry pulling 100-pound lead lines from barges by himself. He should have had someone helping him and is hurt because of the defendant’s failures. We look forward to fighting for justice on behalf of him and his family,” our lawyers said in a statement.
This suit was filed in Nueces County, Texas.
