Representing Oilfield Worker Injured on Unsafe Oil Rig

Attorneys Kurt Arnold and Trent Shelton recently filed suit on behalf of an oilfield worker who was injured while working on an oil rig in Tyler, Texas.
The operator of the well failed to ensure the workplace was safe for their employees through basic maintenance. Our client, an MUD engineer, fell down the stairs on the rig thanks to the operator’s negligence, fracturing his ankle in four places. He has already needed two surgeries for his injuries.
“This is an unfortunate event that could have been prevented had the operator of the rig taken the basic steps to ensure the rig was safe. Unfortunately, they didn’t, at the expense of our client’s health. We see this all too often with oilfield operators,” our lawyers said in a statement.
Our work injury attorneys look forward to fighting for justice on behalf of our client. This case was filed in Harris County.
