Representing Two Tank Cleaners Burned in Explosion

- Arnold & Itkin

Arnold & Itkin recently filed suit on behalf of two tank cleaners who were severely injured in a plant explosion while on the job. They were working on a tank at a plant near Sulphur, Louisiana when the sudden explosion occurred.

Both of our clients suffered severe burns in the explosion. One is recovering from face and neck burns as well as vision problems, and the other received second-degree burns on his hands and stomach.

“Burns are some of the most painful injuries of all. Often, these injuries have negative consequences that last a lifetime. Plants that don’t protect their workers from fires and explosions must be held accountable; Arnold & Itkin is prepared to do just that,” our attorneys said in a statement.

Our catastrophic injury lawyers look forward to finding justice on behalf of our clients. This case was filed in Harris County, Texas.
