Suit Filed for Injured Jones Act Seaman

Arnold & Itkin’s offshore injury attorneys have filed suit on behalf of a Jones Act seaman who was severely injured while working on a service vessel in the Gulf of Mexico.
A crane operator on a drilling platform failed to use the proper techniques and safety measures while loading drilling pipe onto the service vessel. The incident caused our client life-altering injuries, including a crush injury to his hand, finger amputation, and injuries to his neck and back.
We will fight tirelessly to get this seaman the compensation he deserves for his injuries.
