$2.8 Million Awarded to Injured Rig Worker

As a whole, the legacy that Arnold & Itkin LLP has reached new heights recently, having recovered $1 billion in compensation for injured workers combined. That legacy is the result of hard work on individual cases and commitment to personal client relationships and outstanding care from our attorneys. Recently, these elements were combined once again to help an injured worker recover the compensation he needed to cope with injuries sustained in a work accident.

Attorneys Jason Itkin, Kurt Arnold, Cory Itkin, and Caj Boatright represented a worker who was involved in a routine crane operation when his ankle was broken by a load that fell on top of his foot. The company that owned the crane and for which he was employed attempted to lay blame on the worker for the accident, denying all responsibility for the incident and damages. However, the attorneys at Arnold & Itkin LLP presented a persuasive case to the court, convincing it that their client was not at fault and that the company owed him compensation. The court, in turn, awarded a substantial award of $2.8 million to the client that will help him cover the costs of medical care, recovery and lost wages caused by the injury.

Arnold & Itkin LLP is honored to add this result to our long list of client victories. Our first priority is always our clients, as people and as hard workers, which is why their success is our success. We are happy to see this individual awarded the just compensation he needs and deserves, and were proud to play a part in his recovery.
