Recognition from the National Law Journal
Each year, the National Law Journal recognizes firms who have stood out on the national level in terms of their results on behalf of their clients. The Top 50 Recoveries is a ranked list of these firms who have succeeded in winning their clients the highest amounts of compensation according to their database, Verdict Search. The NLJ keeps track of these amounts from July 1, 2015 to July 1, 2016. Just from the few verdicts submitted to the Verdict Search database, Arnold & Itkin was recognized for recovering $77,807,899 for our clients. The recorded verdicts in this period have awarded us the National Law Journal’s recognition as the 37th ranked law firm in the country.
While we are honored by our inclusion, it's important to note that this number does not reflect verdicts that were not submitted to the National Law Journal. Some of our most recent verdicts are not included; for example, the multiple victories that we have won for clients in the plant explosion in Geismar.
What Is the National Law Journal?
The National Law Journal evolved from a “sibling paper” that dates back to the 19th century, and it has since become one of the leaders in national legal news, serving as a crucial medium for attorneys across the country and businessmen interested in the legal governance of private industries. Most recently, the National Law Journal also serves as a crucial resource for plaintiffs looking for the most accomplished firms in their field.
It’s an honor for Arnold & Itkin to be listed amongst the most powerful and successful personal injury teams in the United States. The real reward, however, for our hard work and dedication to our clients is providing for them the security and peace of mind they deserve after suffering tragic injuries and diseases at no fault of their own.
We at Arnold & Itkin do not fight for our clients for the purposes of receiving national recognition. We fight for our clients because they have been wrongfully injured by the carelessness or negligence of another party and they need our help in piecing their lives back together. This is and always will be our firm's motivation.
Our firm thanks the National Law Journal for Arnold & Itkin’s inclusion, and we look forward to continuing the fight for the financial compensation and emotional closure our clients deserve.
