Arnold & Itkin Represents Workers Injured in Texas City Refinery Fire

On January 11th, there was a serious fire at a Texas City refinery around 2:45 a.m. The incident occurred at a Marathon Petroleum Corporation refinery. Three workers endured serious burn injuries, with one being seriously injured. Two of those workers have turned to Arnold & Itkin for representation.

After the fire erupted at Marathon’s refinery, three workers were treated for burn injuries. Two of the workers suffered injuries to their backs and around their body when trying to get out of harm’s way. The unit where the fire broke out was shut down for maintenance.
