Get to Know: Attorney Noah Wexler

Winning hundreds of millions of dollars in court isn’t solely about finding the right ‘facts’ or being a convincing speaker. The hours of preparation that make a case trial-ready are spent identifying strategic pressure points to make billion-dollar companies answer for their actions, developing credibility through research and diligence, and getting to know the plaintiffs on a personal level.

If an attorney wants to be a genuine force for good on behalf of the injured, they have to work hard and smart.

Few attorneys know that better than Noah Wexler.

A strategic thinker to his core, Noah was drawn to law by his genuine desire to give regular people a voice. Civil trial law provides a rare venue where individuals are as powerful as the biggest companies on the planet—it’s in that venue that Noah thrives. Consequently, he’s personally secured hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients in cases involving dangerous products, drowning, car collisions, and work accidents.

“Learn Who Your Client Is”

While he excels at applying pressure to large corporate entities (and winning record-setting results in the process), Noah’s top advice to young attorneys isn’t about working hard or preparation.

His advice is far more fundamental:

“Take the time to learn who your client is, where they come from, and how the incident in question has changed their life,” Noah says. “This will form a solid platform for you to genuinely present their case to a jury and have it resonate.”

That said, Noah is the first to say that hard work and diligence is necessary to any case. But those won’t get far without credibility. It’s credibility that makes attorneys great—both in the courtroom and boardroom, with both jury and client. Learning who the client is, what drives them, why they came to him for help, and what they value is how credibility gets built.

Outside of his time working cases or with family, Noah enjoys challenging himself in the kitchen or at the grill. He’s also an avid sports fan, regularly rooting on his favorites in football, soccer, basketball, and baseball.

He’s also a skilled guitar player with more than 30 years of playing experience.
