People come to us in their darkest hour. It is in that pain and uncertainty that we provide the foundation, strength, and knowledge to withstand the darkness and build a brighter future.”

Biography

Danielle Giaccio takes pride in advocating with a purpose. The first lawyer in her family and with a background in public health, Danielle has found that purpose in the pursuit of justice for those who have experienced catastrophic injuries and other life-altering events.

Danielle grew up on Long Island, New York, before attending the University of California, Irvine as a double major in public health policy and economics. She then moved to Houston, Texas, where she pursued her Master of Public Health with a specialization in Maternal and Child Health at The University of Texas Health Science Center, as well as her Juris Doctorate and Master of Laws in Health Law at the University of Houston Law Center.

While in law school, Danielle was published for her authorship in the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy and showcased her premier advocacy skills at national competitions for mock trial, moot court, and alternative dispute resolution, earning her an induction into the Order of the Barristers.

With her breadth of knowledge and experience, Danielle has joined Arnold & Itkin to help individuals and families in personal injury, maritime law, and wrongful death cases.

When Danielle is not working, she’s back at the University of Houston Law Center directing their nationally ranked moot court team, or out enjoying live music and line dancing, traveling, and spending time with her dog.
