“Here at Arnold & Itkin, we make the conscious decision to go beyond what others think is possible. Sometimes, the path is difficult, but that's exactly why we do it. At the end of the day, uncommon efforts lead to uncommon results, and the undeniable proof is measured in the lives of those we help.”
Daniel Moreno grew up moving throughout the country, and connecting with others comes easy. While volunteering in South America, Daniel decided that fighting for those who have been injured or afflicted would be his life’s purpose. A love for the courtroom came after interning with both the Harris Country 190th District Court in Houston and the Utah Supreme Court.
While at Brigham Young University, Daniel participated in nearly every advocacy competition he could; he thrived in a competitive environment. While in school, Daniel and his trial partner won the prestigious Linda J. Anderson Trial Advocacy competition. Daniel also participated in his school’s Supreme Court Advocacy seminar, where he helped write briefs submitted to the country's highest court.
Daniel loves public speaking but also enjoys the academic rigor of legal scholarship. Results will always matter. He appreciates the process of thorough preparation and derives satisfaction knowing his clients benefit from his hard work.
Daniel lives in Houston. When he’s not working, he enjoys running and training for his next ultra-marathon.
