Ryan Chapman

Biography

Ryan Chapman is from Gilbert, Arizona. He grew up captivated by stories his father, a plaintiffs' attorney, shared around the dinner table about helping people put the pieces of their lives back together after a tragedy. From an early age, he longed for the deep sense of fulfillment he felt in listening to these stories. And, being the youngest of four boys, not backing down from a fight is second nature to him.

Ryan earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting from Arizona State University before attending BYU Law School, where he served on law review, worked as a legal writing teaching assistant, clerked at Hill Air Force Base, and competed in trial advocacy competitions both at BYU and across the country. Through lived experience and his study of the law, he learned that the details matter, to anticipate rather than react, and to never relent when someone is counting on him.

Today, Ryan brings unrelenting determination to his practice at Arnold & Itkin. He believes holding responsible parties accountable sometimes requires asking uncomfortable questions, demanding no-nonsense answers, and holding a hard line when it matters most. His clients come first, and only.

When he's not working, Ryan enjoys cheering on the Phoenix Suns with his family.
