Biography
Raised in El Paso, Texas, and Las Vegas, Nevada, Emmanual (Manny) Morga learned the true value of a job well done from his parents at an early age. It was common for him to work late nights helping his dad clean office buildings or assist in the maintenance of apartments, which helped him develop a relentless work ethic that he carries into each case every single day. For Manny, being an attorney is personal. He genuinely loves people and thrives on learning their stories. He believes that hearing your story is what provides the spark to stand up and fight for those who have been wronged.
Manny’s legal career is built on a foundation of academic excellence and top-tier advocacy training. While at Baylor Law School, he was named to the prestigious Order of the Barristers and received the Top Ten Speaker Award at the Dawson & Sodd Moot Court Competition. During his undergraduate studies, he was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha honor society and is a published author on judicial ethics. Committed to the advancement of the legal profession, Manny has co-authored CLE papers and presented at CLE seminars, sharing his expertise to help fellow attorneys better understand complex areas of the law.
Manny believes that being a lawyer is about service both in and out of the courthouse. He is deeply committed to pro bono work, having served with the Immigration and Naturalization Clinic, the Innocence Project of Texas, and the Boy Scouts of America. He is licensed to practice in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah, as well as several federal courts.
When he isn’t in the office, Manny enjoys training for triathlons and spending quality time with his family, who remain the foundation of his drive.
