As one of the firm’s leaders, Noah has consistently obtained some of the nation’s largest recoveries through both verdicts and settlements year after year. In the last year alone, he has obtained two multibillion-dollar verdicts and multiple nine-figure recoveries in cases across the country. During this time, he litigated and negotiated the largest and second-largest single-event wrongful death recoveries in Texas history and obtained the largest single-event personal injury verdict in Georgia history.

Noah, one of Arnold & Itkin’s most experienced leaders, focuses his practice on pharmaceutical, maritime, and product defect litigation, plant explosions, workplace incidents, offshore injuries, crowd crush events, aviation cases, drowning deaths, 18-wheeler collisions, involving catastrophic injuries, amputation, paralysis, burns, and death.
Noah leads one of the firm’s most successful trial teams and manages the firm’s various mass tort efforts on a national basis. Noah has litigated, negotiated, and obtained multiple ten-figure recoveries in the mass tort and product defect arena, managing all aspects of the litigation. These matters have included injuries resulting from defective medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products. In doing so, Noah has led complex, high-stakes litigation against some of the world’s largest companies, including efforts against manufacturers and sellers of various chemical, natural gas, and petroleum products, PFAS, Zyprexa, Paxil, TVM, MRI Contrast Dye, Ortho Evra, Risperdal, Talcum Powder, and Roundup. He has also handled cases against nearly every major oil and gas producer, land and maritime operator, logistics, and transportation companies. Noah has represented those who have lost loved ones at sea as a result of the Deepwater Horizon explosion and led the litigation for those who died and sustained injuries while attending the Astroworld Travis Scott music festival.

A proud native of Houston, Noah earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas and graduated cum laude from South Texas College of Law, where he served as an assistant editor of the South Texas Law Review and clerked for the 11th Judicial District Court of Harris County.
