Case Filed for Family Injured in Pennsylvania Crash

While the family was in their vehicle on the interstate, a negligent commercial driver rear-ended their vehicle at high speeds. Specifically, one family member suffered injuries to her right shoulder and right knee, and she suffers pain on the right side of her torso down to her ankle as well as dizziness. The two other occupants of the car sustained lower back, neck, and shoulder injuries.
