Case Filed for Woman Who Died of Drowning Complications on Cruise
Attorneys Noah Wexler, Trevor Courtney, Danny Cassee, and Foster Willie filed a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of the husband and daughter of a woman who drowned on a cruise.
The cruise was operated by MSC Cruises, who failed to train its lifeguards properly and to implement necessary safety procedures to address emergencies and save lives. Because of this gross negligence on their part, our clients’ loved one struggled for her life over the course of multiple days as she suffered preventable complications from her drowning aboard the MSC Cruise ship. Ultimately, this beloved wife and mother’s lung complications were too severe, and she passed away, leaving her family to grieve.
The wrongful death lawyers at Arnold & Itkin are honored to fight for this family as they seek the answers and justice they are owed for the loss of their dear loved one, and we will advocate tirelessly to hold MSC Cruises accountable for their negligent and reckless behavior.
