Cases Filed for 2 Texans Injured in 18-Wheeler Accidents

Attorneys Adam Lewis and Andrew Bowman have filed lawsuits against two transportation companies on behalf of Texan clients who were seriously injured in preventable collisions.

In the first such accident, our client was attempting a turn when an 18-wheeler struck their vehicle. The impact was great and caused our client serious injuries. The physical pain and suffering, medical bills, missed days at work, and other losses were all caused by the commercial driver failing to control their vehicle and making too tight of a turn. This commercial truck was owned and operated by West Fork Enterprises, Inc., and Titus Transport Services is also listed as a defendant in the suit. This case was filed in Denton County, Texas.

In the second lawsuit, attorney Kurt Arnold is also representing the client who was seriously injured by a negligent 18-wheeler driver. While our client was driving down the roadway, the commercial truck made an unsafe lane change and struck our client’s vehicle. As a result of the collision, our client suffered serious injuries that will require a long, difficult road to recovery. This case was filed against Rapid Logistics, LLC in Hidalgo County, Texas.

The 18-wheeler accident lawyers at Arnold & Itkin are proud to represent these clients and to aggressively litigate on their behalf. We will fight to hold these dangerous and careless trucking companies responsible for putting their profits over others’ safety.
