Representing Four Clients Injured by Commercial Drivers

• A San Antonio man who was catastrophically injured by a negligent commercial driver. This driver was inattentive and reckless while changing lanes, and the impact from the collision severely injured our client’s head, neck, lower back, and other parts of his body. He has had to stop work because of his injuries and currently suffers from anxiety and depression as well. This case was filed in Fort Bend County, Texas.
• An 8-year-old who was severely injured by a negligent commercial vehicle driver who failed to control his vehicle and jackknifed. Due to this reckless truck driver, this little girl sustained severe injuries to her body as well as mental and emotional trauma, and she has already needed to receive extensive, invasive treatment. This case was filed in St. Louis, Missouri.
