Representing Injured Oilfield Worker in North Dakota
Arnold & Itkin is proud to represent a derrickhand and relief operator trainee who was catastrophically injured while working on a Lime Rock Resources site in North Dakota.
Our client was performing his normal duties when the drawworks suddenly and unexpectedly began spooling, drawing him into the moving line. The incident left him with a brain bleed and multiple fractures to his tibia, fibula, pelvis, and scapula. In addition to these physical injuries, he now suffers from cognitive deficits, anxiety, and sleep disturbances as a result of the trauma.
This tragedy could have been avoided if proper safety procedures and maintenance protocols had been in place. No worker should face such devastating consequences simply for doing their job.
Arnold & Itkin’s oilfield accident lawyers are committed to helping our client recover and holding those responsible accountable for their negligence. We are honored to fight for workers who’ve been hurt by preventable hazards.
