Representing Motorcyclist Injured During Funeral Procession

Arnold & Itkin’s trucking lawyers have filed a case on behalf of a man from El Paso, Texas.

A former police officer, our client was working as a funeral procession escort on the day of the incident, when suddenly, an 18-wheeler driver recklessly hit his motorcycle, ejecting him from the bike. Because of this preventable wreck, our client suffered eight broken ribs and a broken clavicle, and he will likely have to get his leg amputated. In addition to these catastrophic, life-changing injuries, this husband and father has also suffered injuries to his hands and knees.

An attorney on the case said, “When trucking companies do not take safety seriously, these types of horrific injuries occur. We look forward to representing our client and getting him the justice he rightfully deserves.”

This case was filed in El Paso County, Texas.
