Representing Six Texans in Five Commercial Vehicle Crashes
At Arnold & Itkin, we have too often seen the devastating, life-changing effects that truck accidents inflict on innocent people. These wrecks are often the direct result of trucking companies refusing to do their due diligence in hiring drivers and continually training them. This negligence by transportation employers creates an alarming amount of serious and even fatal crashes on American highways, and it is negligence that these companies must be held accountable for.
Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Adam Lewis, and Andrew Bowman filed lawsuits in:
- Houston, Texas against Value Truck of AZ, Inc. on behalf of an injured Texan: While our client was driving down the roadway, a commercial truck that was owned and operated by the defendant made an unsafe lane change. Because this reckless maneuver was made by an 18-wheeler, when it struck our client’s vehicle, it did so with great force. And because of this preventable accident, our client suffered serious injuries.
- Travis County, Texas against Stotland Trucking and its driver: While our client was driving on I35, a vehicle owned and operated by Stotland Trucking failed to control its speed and failed to maintain a safe following distance. This commercial driver rear-ended our client, inflicting serious injuries.
- Harris County, Texas against Cartage Services by Deliverol and its driver: This preventable accident was caused by the commercial vehicle failing to stop at a red light while our client was driving on Magnum Street in Houston. The resulting collision caused a devastating impact and severely injured our client.
- Parker County, Texas against West Fork Enterprises, Inc.: While our client was trying to make a left turn, an 18-wheeler owned and operated by West Fork Enterprises made an unsafe passing attempt and struck our client's vehicle.
- El Paso County, Texas against New Bern Transport and its driver: Two of our clients, Texas residents both, sustained serious injuries in a preventable accident while they were driving on Pebbel Hill Street. A vehicle owned and operated by New Bern Transport was speeding and tailgating, and that commercial driver predictably rear-ended our clients.
