Representing Two Clients Injured by Negligent Commercial Drivers
Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Claire Schindler, and Chris Adkins filed two lawsuits today on behalf of clients injured in separate but equally preventable commercial driving incidents.
In Texas, an HVAC installer was severely injured when a negligent 18-wheeler driver failed to pay attention and violently rear-ended him. He now suffers ongoing pain in his back, neck, and left foot, requiring extensive medical treatment and impacting his ability to work and move comfortably.
In a separate incident, the same attorneys filed suit for a New York man who was injured when an airport shuttle driver overturned the vehicle with passengers inside. This client suffered serious injuries to his neck, back, head, hip, and multiple joints, and he has been unable to begin the new job he was scheduled to start due to physical limitations.
Both crashes were the result of professional drivers failing to operate safely. Arnold & Itkin is committed to ensuring these companies are held accountable for the harm they caused due to negligent hiring and training practices, and for the disruption that these injuries have created.
