Representing Woman Injured in Airport Parking Lot
Attorneys Jason Itkin, Trent Shelton, and Wes Hook filed a lawsuit on behalf of a woman who was injured in an airport parking lot.
Our client was attempting to return to her vehicle in said lot—during normal business hours—when she was electrically shocked. Not only did she suffer the immediate electrical shock injuries, but she also fell and injured her back and extremities as well. There is no reason for this fence to have been as dangerous as it was, but an innocent person is now dealing with traumatic, painful injuries and a considerable road to recovery.
Far too often, Arnold & Itkin has seen injuries like these occur because of the overly dangerous fence in this very same airport lot. Our premises liability lawyers look forward to pursuing justice for the negligent operation of this fence.
This case was filed in Harris County, Texas.
