Suit Filed for Catastrophically Injured Railroad Mechanic
Attorneys Jason Itkin, Trent Shelton, and Wes Hook filed a lawsuit in Denton County, Texas for an injured railroad mechanic.
Our client was nearly crushed to death by a 10-ton railroad engine because of a railroad company’s carelessness. In this preventable workplace accident, our client’s pelvis and back were crushed. While our client survived these life-threatening injuries, they are still catastrophic and impact every area of his life. In addition to the extreme physical trauma brought by this accident, there is also mental anguish, extraordinary and ongoing medical costs, and a diminished ability to return to any kind of work, much less the same role as before.
The work injury attorneys at Arnold & Itkin are eager to remind railroad companies that they owe all employees a safe workplace. We will fight to make sure our client gets the compensation that makes rebuilding his life and moving forward possible.
