Suit Filed for Mississippian Injured in LA Airboat Bucket Accident

Last summer, our client was in an airboat bucket 100 feet in the air, and the defendant was controlling the airboat bucket. Because the defendant handled the controls improperly and failed to follow safe work practices, our client plummeted to the ground, sustaining multiple herniated discs and a knee injury.
