Suit Filed for Mississippian Injured in LA Airboat Bucket Accident

Arnold & Itkin personal injury attorneys have filed a lawsuit on behalf of a man from Rankin County, Mississippi.
Last summer, our client was in an airboat bucket 100 feet in the air, and the defendant was controlling the airboat bucket. Because the defendant handled the controls improperly and failed to follow safe work practices, our client plummeted to the ground, sustaining multiple herniated discs and a knee injury.
As someone who is employed as a lineman, not only are his injuries grievous and painful, but they also inhibit our client’s ability to continue and progress in his career. Because his pain and suffering, ongoing medical expenses, and income losses are the result of another’s negligence, our client deserves fair compensation to help him get back on his feet.
“When defendants put profits over safety, unfortunate incidents like this become inevitable. We look forward to holding the responsible party accountable and getting justice for our client,” said one of the attorneys on the case.
This case was filed in East Baton Rouge Parish.
