Suit Filed for Texas Welder After Catastrophic Jobsite Injury

Arnold & Itkin has filed suit on behalf of a husband and father from Anderson County, Texas, who suffered a traumatic injury due to unsafe job site management.

Our client was working as a welder when, because of the company’s improper oversight and lack of safety protocols, he suffered an amputation above the right knee. This life-altering injury has not only changed his ability to work and provide for his family but has also caused immense emotional and physical hardship.

Job sites that fail to implement and enforce proper safety measures put workers in danger every day. Employers have a duty to protect their crews from catastrophic harm, and when they fail to do so, the consequences are devastating.

Speaking on this case, attorney Cory Itkin said, “When a company does not make safety their #1 priority, tragic incidents like this one become inevitable. Arnold & Itkin looks forward to ensuring that the party responsible is held accountable."

Our work injury lawyers are honored to represent this welder and his family as we fight to demand justice and change from negligent companies, working to ensure that our client receives the resources and justice he deserves.
