Wrongful Death Lawsuits Filed for 2 Drowning Cases

In the first case, a woman drowned in a 24 Hour Fitness pool because of the defendants’ negligence. The wrongful death lawsuit, which was filed in Collin County, Texas, names both the landowner and the gym’s operator as being at fault for this avoidable tragedy.
