Our client was doing his job when the crane operators and property owners on site recognized that he was not in a safe position. Rather than stop the work or warn him, they looked the other way and let him continue. Our client did everything in his power to perform his work safely, but that wasn't enough to protect him from the negligence of the companies around him. The different parties involved in the operation failed to alert him to the danger he was in and instead stood by while he tried to complete the task. As a result, our client suffered permanent injuries that will affect him for the rest of his life.

When property owners ignore the conditions under which work is performed on their sites, workers are the ones who pay the price. Crane operators, general contractors, and site owners all share a responsibility to make sure the people doing this dangerous work go home safe at the end of the day.
