Suit Filed for Young Worker Catastrophically Burned at Louisiana Recycling Center
Led by Noah Wexler, our attorneys at Arnold & Itkin have filed suit on behalf of a young man who suffered catastrophic burn injuries while working at a recycling center in Louisiana.
Our client was directed to perform work that was remarkably unsafe. Rather than putting a stop to dangerous conditions, his site supervisor pushed him into a situation no worker should face. The result was devastating: our client suffered severe burns that have altered the trajectory of his life. A young man with his entire career ahead of him is now dealing with the physical and emotional toll of injuries that were entirely avoidable.
Supervisors exist to protect the workers under their watch. When they act recklessly and force their crews into hazardous conditions without proper safeguards, they don't just fail at their jobs; they put lives at risk. This man trusted that the people in charge would keep him safe. That trust was betrayed, and now he's the one paying for it.
Arnold & Itkin's work injury attorneys are proud to fight for the justice this young man deserves.
