Arnold & Itkin Releases “Finding Justice” Documentary

When it comes to the age of most law firms, Arnold & Itkin is relatively young. Still, history is measured in events, not years—and our firm has seen a lot in 17 years. The most tumultuous and dramatic events of those years are the subject of Finding Justice, a 40-minute documentary about the worst disasters we’ve investigated.

The documentary includes harrowing eyewitness accounts of events like the 2013 Geismar explosion at the Williams Olefins plant and the 2010 Deepwater Horizon disaster. It also includes heartbreaking interviews with the families left behind, including widows of the 2015 El Faro sinking. Weaved throughout those interviews are Kurt and Jason’s accounts of dealing with the executives and attorneys for the companies at fault.

The Hidden Side of Lawsuits

Finding Justice provides a previously unknown picture of what it’s like to live through a tragedy and rebuild your life after the unthinkable happens. Most lawsuits are defined by their results, whether the defendant shirks liability or the plaintiff gets a notable recovery. Our documentary presents the human side of those stories—the tears shed, the fears shared, and the hope restored.

Finding Justice is about the people we’ve served, the relationships we’ve built, and how we’ve become part of their stories. Being a part of our clients’ lives is what makes us the attorneys we are today, and it’s by far the most important result we could hope to earn.

Watch Finding Justice here to hear our clients’ stories firsthand.
