Good Samaritan Seriously Injured in Rear-End Accident

Arnold & Itkin’s car accident attorneys recently filed suit on behalf of a Texas man who was seriously injured when he tried to stop and help a pedestrian.

Our client was driving when he noticed a pedestrian who seemed to be in distress. When he stopped to check on the person, his vehicle was violently rear-ended by another driver. He was severely injured.

As a driver, acting as a good Samaritan should not put your safety in needless danger. Our client tried to help a person in need and ended up injured because someone else was not acting with proper caution and care. Most rear-end accidents are caused by distracted drivers or motorists who are following too closely to the vehicle in front of them. They can cause devastating injuries like the ones our client experienced, and they are nearly always preventable.

Our attorneys look forward to conducting an independent investigation into this accident to determine who is to blame, and we will fight for the fair compensation our client needs to rebuild his life.

We filed this lawsuit in Bexar County, Texas.
