Abrupt Lane Change Injures Single Father

Arnold & Itkin recently filed on behalf of our client, a single father. Our client was traveling in the right lane of Richmond Avenue in Harris County while the defendant driver was traveling in the left lane. Without warning or notice, the defendant abruptly switched lanes into our client’s lane and violently struck the front left side of his vehicle, severely injuring him. He now suffers from serious pain in his back, neck, and shoulder.

The privilege of driving comes with a strict responsibility: to drive safely, to remain vigilant of other people, and to do everything possible to make sure everyone can get where they’re going unharmed. Every driver, from a 16-year-old with a brand-new license to an 80-year-old veteran motorist, bears the same responsibility.
