Case Filed for Family of Truck Driver Crushed & Killed During Delivery

- Arnold & Itkin

Arnold & Itkin has filed suit on behalf of a truck driver’s widow and child after he was tragically killed while delivering pipes in Wolf Creek, Montana.

The truck driver, who lived with his family in Houston at the time of the incident, was in the process of delivering pipes to a facility when a forklift operator knocked the pipes from a trailer. The truck driver was crushed and killed by the pipes.

“Every worker has the right to return home safely to his family at the end of a job,” said our attorneys in a statement. “When companies don't emphasize safety, tragedy strikes. Arnold & Itkin is proud to help another widow and young child get the justice they deserve when companies don't live up to their end of the bargain.”

Our work injury lawyers filed this lawsuit in Fargo, North Dakota, where the facility owner is headquartered. We will work diligently to prove the true cause of this preventable incident in order to hold all at-fault parties accountable and help the truck driver’s family get the answers and support they deserve.
