Representing Injured Welder Requiring Amputation

Arnold & Itkin recently filed suit on behalf of a worker who was severely injured in an incident at a manufacturing facility.
Our client suffered significant injuries while working as a welder at the facility as a result of the gross negligence of the owner. His injuries were so severe that his left hand had to be amputated. Now, Arnold & Itkin is fighting by his side.
“One of the most severe injuries someone can sustain is having a part of their body amputated. This is an unfortunate event that could have been prevented had the owner of the facility ensured their tools were safe and operating properly. They didn’t, and our client has lost his hand as a result,” our team said in a statement.
Our work injury lawyers look forward to holding the defendant accountable for their actions.
