Case Filed for Client Injured by a Pizza Delivery Driver

Arnold & Itkin attorney Claire Schindler filed suit on behalf of a young man who was severely injured by the extreme negligence of a Pizza Hut driver.

Failing to keep a proper lookout, the Pizza Hut driver didn't yield the right of way and ran a stop sign, driving directly into our client's car. Airbags were deployed and both vehicles were totaled. This serious car accident has already required our client to get invasive medical treatment, and he will likely need additional surgery in the future.
