Helping Pedestrian Struck By Drunk Driver

Arnold & Itkin attorneys Noah Wexler, Ben Bireley, and Cassidy Viser recently filed suit on behalf of a young pedestrian who was seriously injured when she was struck by a vehicle operated by a drunk driver.

The woman was struck in San Antonio after the driver left a restaurant where they were over-served alcohol and allowed to leave the premises despite being visibly impaired. It’s the responsibility of restaurants and bars to cut patrons off before they get to a dangerous point like this; when they don’t, innocent people like our client get hurt.

“Restaurants and bars should be held responsible when they allow patrons to consume alcohol despite already being intoxicated. Failures in this regard happen too often, placing the public at significant and avoidable risk,” our attorneys said in a statement.

We are proud to represent this young woman and look forward to fighting on her behalf.
