Representing 2 Young Sisters Injured in Truck Accident

Arnold & Itkin’s Claire Schindler filed suit recently on behalf of a young woman and her minor sister, who were seriously injured when their vehicle was struck by a reckless truck driver.

The driver wasn’t paying attention while operating his work vehicle and failed to yield the right of way to our clients. The sisters required emergency medical treatment in the wake of the crash, and have continued to receive ongoing and invasive treatment ever since.

We look forward to holding the truck company and the reckless driver responsible for their dangerous actions. This suit was filed in Harris County.
