Representing Family Members of Worker Killed in Crane Accident

Arnold & Itkin's Dallas construction accident lawyers have filed suit on behalf of the surviving family members of a construction worker who was killed on the job. The Dallas welder was on a construction site in Celina, Texas when a crane toppled over. The outriggers that were supposed to stabilize the crane (which was out of inspection) did not work, and this equipment failure led to this senseless tragedy. This construction worker is survived by his spouse and two children.

"Cranes are some of the most important—but dangerous—pieces of equipment on construction sites. Yet we continue to see construction companies taking shortcuts and ignoring basic standards when it comes to crane safety. So unfortunately, it isn't a surprise that another family has been devastated by a senseless crane death. We're looking forward to holding another company responsible, and hopefully, sending a message to other companies so this type of incident stops happening in the future," our attorneys said in a statement.

This case was filed in Collin County.
