Representing Oilfield Worker Burned In Welding Fire

Arnold & Itkin’s work injury lawyers have filed suit on behalf of an oilfield pumper who suffered severe burns all over his body in a welding fire at a job site.

The fire started after an explosion that occurred while a piece of metal was being welded to a saltwater tank. Hot work can be incredibly dangerous, and the companies responsible for these work sites must take special care in maintaining safety at all times.

Our client is lucky to be alive after this terrifying incident; he suffered second-degree burns over large portions of his body, including his face.

“Hot work procedures are too often ignored in the oilfield. This is a recipe for disaster. We are proud to help hold the wrongdoers accountable for this incident and ensure that something like this doesn’t happen again at our client’s company,” our burn injury lawyers said in a statement.

We are proud to represent this hardworking father of three and fight to earn him the compensation he deserves as he heals from his injuries.

This suit was filed in Harris County.
