Representing Woman Whose Leg Was Crushed at an Event Center

Arnold & Itkin has filed suit in Henderson County on behalf of a woman whose leg was crushed when a tree fell on her at an event.

The property owner who hosted the event had the duty to regularly inspect the site for hazards and dangers, such as rotting trees. Their failure to inspect the property and mitigate safety risks meant they had put their guests in danger. As a result of the property owner’s negligence, our client suffered serious injuries from a traumatic incident.

The premises liability attorney leading the case said, “When people visit event centers, they shouldn’t have to worry about hazards like falling trees. It’s the property owner’s responsibility to identify these hazards and to protect guests from them. I will do everything in my power to hold the property owner accountable for putting our client in a dangerous situation that could have been prevented.”

Arnold & Itkin looks forward to fighting for our client.
