Case Filed For Houston Cyclist Struck By Vehicle

Arnold & Itkin attorneys Kurt Arnold, Caj Boatright, Roland Christensen, and Claire Schindler recently filed suit on behalf of a Houston woman who suffered serious injuries when she was struck by a vehicle while riding her bike in the Houston Heights.

Due to the recklessness and inattentiveness of the driver, our client suffered serious injuries to her head, neck, back, legs, and other parts of her body. She has already undergone invasive and extensive medical treatment, including hospitalization, to begin her recovery.
