Case Filed for Injured 18-Wheeler Driver in California

Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Claire Schindler, and Chris Adkins filed suit in Bakersfield, California on behalf of an injured 18-wheeler driver.

Our client was on the road when a negligent commercial truck driver failed to control his speed and rear-ended our client’s vehicle with such force that it pushed him into another vehicle. This reckless speeding by the other truck driver has left our client to deal with catastrophic injuries to his head, neck, back, left shoulder, left arm, and other parts of his body.

Not only has our client had to undergo extensive and invasive medical treatment, but he has not been able to return to work as an 18-wheeler driver ever since the crash. Because he suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI), he could be feeling the consequences of this collision for the long term. No one should suffer permanent injuries or lose their ability to work, for any amount of time, because of someone else’s inability to follow the basic rules of the road.

Arnold & Itkin looks forward to securing justice on behalf of this injured truck driver.
