Suit Filed for CDL Driver Hurt by a Negligent Company Driver

Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Claire Schindler, and Chris Adkins filed suit for a California truck driver who was severely injured when a commercial motor vehicle driver failed to control his speed and rear-ended him. Despite holding his CDL since 2005 and maintaining a clean, long-standing career, the company terminated his contract after the crash, leaving him unable to work while also dealing with significant injuries.

He now suffers pain in his right shoulder, right wrist, and left hip. While his shoulder and wrist have improved, his hip remains a persistent source of pain when walking or even lying down. Before the crash, he was fully cleared for duty with a medical exam not due until 2026. Now, his ability to return to the work he has done for nearly two decades is uncertain.

The truck accident lawyers at Arnold & Itkin are committed to holding the negligent company accountable and ensuring that this hardworking driver receives justice and compensation for the harm he suffered.
