Suit Filed for Truck Driver Electrocuted at Construction Site

Arnold & Itkin's personal injury attorneys recently filed a case on behalf of a man from Crowley, Texas.

Our client, a father and husband, was working as a concrete truck driver. While working at a construction site owned and operated by the defendants, he was suddenly electrocuted. This caused our client to suffer injuries to his head, shoulder, back, hands, legs, and feet, including burns that have required him to undergo multiple surgeries. These severe injuries are not only painful as well as costly due to medical bills, but they will continue to cost our client in terms of quality of life and potentially reduced earning capacity.

“Catastrophic incidents like this one only occur when a defendant acts with utter disregard for the safety of its workers. We look forward to getting justice for our client, no matter what,” said one of the work injury lawyers on the case.

This case was filed in Harris County, Texas.
